Following the government’s announcement on Monday 16th March to avoid social activities, we have decided that it is within the best interests of our amazing staff and customers to close Beacon Climbing Centre indefinitely from 10pm Tuesday 17th March.

It is clear that we all need to do our part during this crisis to take steps to help stop the spread of Covid-19, protect the vulnerable in our communities, and reduce the impact on the NHS. Our climbing community is important to us and so we haven’t taken this decision lightly.

During the closure period, all memberships and pre-paid passes will be frozen so that you can continue to use them where you left off as of today. For those customers who are part way through a course, remaining sessions will be deferred until we re-open and we will contact all participants to discuss rescheduling, at a later date.

For those customers with future bookings, we will be refunding all bookings as soon as possible, and all customers will receive confirmation of refund by email. All this will take some time so please bear with us while we process these transactions.

We would like to thank our customers for all their support during this time, and hope to see you again at Beacon when we re-open.
